Privacy policy
The short version: PicFap has no accounts, no advertising trackers and no cookies of its own. We collect as little as we can, and your library never leaves your device.
Last updated October 6, 2026
- No account, no profile. We don’t know who you are and don’t try to find out.
- No trackers. No advertising or analytics cookies, no third-party scripts.
- Your library stays with you. Saved galleries and history live in your browser only.
- No selling, ever. We don’t sell or rent data to anyone.
1. What we collect
Technical data needed to deliver pages. Like any website, PicFap receives your IP address, browser type and the page you ask for, because the internet doesn’t work without them. We use this only to serve the page, keep the site secure and stop abuse. Our web server logs do not store IP addresses.
Anonymous counters. When you open a gallery or rate it, we add one to that gallery’s view or like count for the day. To put the galleries people enjoy most first, we also count, per gallery, category, tag, pornstar and channel: how often it was shown, how often it was opened, and what happened next (for example how many photos were viewed, whether it was saved). These are daily totals per item: they carry no cookie, no identifier, and are not linked to you, your device or your IP address.
Recommendations. To build “Picked for you” on the home page and the suggestions on gallery pages, your browser sends the numbers of the galleries you opened recently (from the history stored on your device). We use them only to pick galleries you are likely to enjoy for that one response, and to avoid suggesting ones you have already seen: they are not stored or logged, and are not linked to you.
Messages you send us. If you use the contact, report or content removal form, we receive what you type (for example your email address and message). To stop spam we also keep a one-way code derived from your connection that changes every day and cannot be turned back into your IP address.
2. What stays on your device
Your saved galleries, history, recent searches, theme and the votes you cast are stored in your browser’s local storage so the site can remember them between visits. They stay on your device; the only exception is the short list of recently opened galleries used for “Picked for you”, described above, which is never kept. You can delete them at any time from your library or by clearing your browser’s site data. The full list is in our cookie policy.
3. Why we process data
- To deliver and protect the site (our legitimate interest in running a secure service).
- To count views, likes, impressions and clicks so we can rank galleries and recommend similar ones (legitimate interest; the counts are anonymous).
- To answer your messages and handle reports and removal requests (your request, and our legal obligations).
We don’t use your data for advertising, profiling or automated decisions about you.
4. Who else is involved
PicFap uses Cloudflare as its network and security provider: requests pass through Cloudflare, which may process your IP address to block attacks and deliver pages quickly. Cloudflare acts on our behalf and under its own privacy commitments. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it, for example in response to a valid legal request or to report illegal content.
5. How long we keep it
- Technical logs without IP addresses: up to 14 days.
- Daily anti-spam codes: they expire by design after one day.
- Messages, reports and removal requests: as long as needed to handle them, and no longer than 24 months, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the European Union and the United Kingdom, or the CCPA in California), you can ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or object to its processing. Because we hold so little, most requests concern messages you sent us — contact us and we will answer within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Minors
PicFap is for adults only and is not directed at anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly process data about minors; if you believe a minor contacted us, let us know and we will delete the message.
8. Security
The site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), access to our systems is restricted, and we keep what we store to a minimum — data we don’t have can’t leak.
9. Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of the page. Questions? Contact us.
